FIND.IT provides tools for discovery, profiles, communication, reviews, and service-related interactions between users and independent Professionals.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information.
• Keeping your account information updated.
• Protecting your login credentials.
• All activity occurring through your account.
• Not impersonating another person or creating an account using misleading information.

Professionals must provide accurate information about their:

• Profession
• Services
• Experience
• Service area
• Qualifications or credentials where requested

Submitting false information, fake documents, or misleading claims may result in rejection, suspension, or removal from FIND.IT.

A “Verified” status means that FIND.IT has completed its applicable verification process.

Verification does not guarantee:

• Workmanship
• Safety
• Availability
• Pricing
• Customer satisfaction

Users should make their own decisions before engaging a Professional.

Customers and Professionals are responsible for agreeing on appropriate:

• Service details
• Pricing
• Timing
• Location
• Responsibilities

FIND.IT may help users discover and connect with Professionals, but unless specifically stated, FIND.IT does not guarantee the outcome of services provided by independent Professionals.

Reviews must be honest and based on genuine experiences.

Users must not:

• Create fake reviews.
• Pay for or manipulate ratings.
• Threaten someone over a review.
• Post intentionally misleading information.

We may remove reviews that violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines.

You may not use FIND.IT to:

• Commit or facilitate illegal activity.
• Scam, defraud, or deceive others.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse users.
• Impersonate another person or organization.
• Upload malware or attempt to compromise the platform.
• Submit fake verification documents.
• Spam users.
• Manipulate ratings or search results.
• Collect personal information without authorization.
• Use FIND.IT for services that violate applicable laws.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms.
• Provide fraudulent information.
• Abuse other users.
• Create security risks.
• Attempt to manipulate the platform.
• Engage in illegal or harmful activity.

FIND.IT’s branding, logo, website design, software, and original platform content belong to FINDIT.WORKS or their respective owners. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or redistribute our platform or branding without permission.

FIND.IT is provided on an “as available” basis. We work to keep the platform reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may update these Terms when necessary. Continued use of FIND.IT after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
