1. Be Respectful
Treat everyone with respect. Do not post or send:
- Harassment
- Threats
- Bullying
- Hate speech
- Discriminatory content
- Intimidation
2. Be Honest
Use your real and accurate information. Do not use fake identities, fake reviews, fake credentials, or misleading claims.
3. Keep Professional Profiles Professional
Professionals must accurately represent their skills, experience, services, and qualifications. Professional profiles should focus on relevant services, skills, experience, qualifications, and work.
4. No Scams or Fraud
FIND.IT has zero tolerance for scams, fraudulent services, fake documents, payment deception, or attempts to manipulate users.
5. Respect Privacy
Avoid unnecessary personal information. Never publish another person’s:
- Phone number
- Address
- Private messages
- Identification information
- Photos
- Personal documents
without appropriate permission.
6. Reviews Must Be Genuine
Only review Professionals based on real experiences. Do not create fake accounts to improve or damage someone’s rating.
7. Safe Communication
Use good judgment when communicating or meeting with someone you discovered through FIND.IT. Do not pressure another user to share private information or participate in something they are uncomfortable with.
8. Report Problems
If you encounter suspicious, abusive, fraudulent, or inappropriate behavior, report it to FIND.IT.
9. Enforcement
We may investigate reports and take appropriate action, including removing content, restricting accounts, or suspending users.
Depending on the severity of a violation, FIND.IT may:
Warn → Remove content → Restrict features → Suspend → Permanently remove the account
Serious violations may be acted upon immediately.
